Buying a house is one of the largest purchases a person will make in a lifetime. A home inspection is a key step towards purchasing a home. Overlooking a serious issue could result in a costly problem down the road. Most buyers are not experts in building construction and need to hire a home inspector prior to closing the sale in order to identify any issues in the house. The inspector identifies the issues so the buyer has time to discuss with the seller during the negotiations.

Buyers may have many questions, so we encourage the client to join us towards the end of the inspection to ask questions. In addition, we can provide detailed advice on how to maintain the long term fidelity of the home. At the end of the inspection you will be given a full PDF formatted report and summary of the findings complete with digital photos and videos.
